Project Scope

The founders and current shareholders were considering a sale of the company.

In order to capture the full value of their company, Hudicor conducted a deep-dive into selected categories to assess savings potential and efficiency gains.

Hudicor’s Approach

In order to analyse and organise spend, it was broken down into a number of categories. Hudicor began by executing sourcing projects in the selected pilot categories.

For each pilot spend category, an internal and market analysis was conducted first to define a strategy per category. Following that, the strategy was realized by go-to-market (RFX) and/or fact-based negotiation.

The savings generated resulted in an increase in EBITDA for the company, increasing its value significantly.

We were proud to execute a next, similar project for another company owned by the same shareholders.
